About us At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do. Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor . Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. What You’ll Do: Establish Sierra's brand presence in EMEA — serving as the region's first dedicated brand designer and laying the groundwork for how Sierra shows up across markets in EMEA and beyond. Localise global campaigns and content for EMEA markets, ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and regional nuance across all brand touchpoints. Work closely with the localisation team to translate presentation and campaign content when needed. Design and produce presentations that support the Go-To-Market team, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives for both internal alignment and external audiences. Support regional marketing events — from concept through execution — including event collateral, signage, environmental design, and other physical brand touch points across EMEA. Partner closely with regional Marketing leads to understand local market needs and translate them into on-brand, high-impact design solutions. Operate as a core member of the US brand design team, collaborating across time zones to maintain a unified creative vision while advocating for regional relevance and market-specific needs. Build and maintain the brand systems that power everything we ship — templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that help teams move fast and stay on-brand. Collaborate closely and clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of partners including external partners, multidisciplinary creatives, and internal partners across marketing, engineering, and product. Deliver and solicit feedback to continually elevate the Sierra brand and raise the quality and craftsmanship of our output, maintaining brand guidelines and strong attention to detail. Note: We're seeking candidates with deep knowledge and significant experience in these areas, coupled with a willingness to learn and expand expertise in others.
