Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional with 4–6 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, complemented by hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management. This role requires an individual who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility – 60%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across various business functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect interviewer feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer discussions, and offer rollouts in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding of new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive employee referral programs and other recruitment initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Joining Ratio, Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.

HR Operations & Generalist Responsibilities (Secondary Responsibility – 40%)

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
• Coordinate pre-joining documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and HRMS data with accuracy.
• Generate HR letters including appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, experience, and relieving letters.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data updates in the HRMS.
• Support probation reviews, confirmation processes, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, HR events, wellness programs, and Rewards & Recognition activities.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Support employee grievance handling and foster positive employee relations.
• Coordinate exit interviews, clearanc
