POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is looking for an Investment Data Operations Analyst to join its growing data management group within the Global Data Operations vertical. This role sits within the Investment Data Operations (IDO) team and supports the broader enterprise, with primary coverage across Credit and Insurance strategies.
This position is based in San Francisco and reports to the VP of Investment Data Operations.
The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in security master and daily pricing operations, particularly supporting debt instruments and bank loans. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role focused first and foremost on accurate asset setup and daily pricing controls, with exposure to broader data initiatives over time.
The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in investment operations, preferably within an alternative investment firm, insurance company, or fund administrator. A strong understanding of middle- and back-office workflows, particularly how security master and pricing data impact accounting, risk, and reporting, is important.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, willing to grind through operational workflows, and able to independently investigate and resolve data issues. The ideal candidate will also be technically curious, comfortable working directly with data in SQL-based environments and interested in leveraging automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
