Assistant Manager - Finance

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance Job responsibilities:  Responsible for MIS, accounting, and handling end-to-end P&L reporting and bringing in automations wherever required.  Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and state the reasons for variance.  Prepare schedule, aging, financial disclosures and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis.  Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies.  Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data  Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and statutory audit assignments.  Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Desired Candidates :  CA with 0 to 2 years of experience in the Finance process.  Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable  Knowledge of Financials and basic understanding of MIS.  Basic knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.  Exposure and knowledge of statutory and tax audits is desirable.  Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
