Senior Executive - Merchandising Operations

Key Responsibilities Operations Configuration Own the end-to-end setup and execution of Dineout, including spotlights, banners, open collections, and Experience Points (XPs). Ensure timely and accurate implementation across all verticals while maintaining high operational standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Design, Content, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver updates within defined timelines. Maintain operational discipline and ensure alignment with business goals and launch schedules. Layout & Widget Management Manage and continuously enhance widgets and vertical layouts to improve visibility, user engagement, and platform consistency. Drive updates to cluster and homepage widgets based on evolving business requirements. Quality Control Conduct thorough QA checks on data, creative IDs, and event configurations. Minimize errors and ensure high-quality content delivery and seamless user experience. Business Planning & Stakeholder Communication Participate in business planning discussions and manage stakeholder communications. Work closely with Business Development teams to capture, prioritize, and deliver spotlight setup requests on time. Creative Asset Coordination Coordinate with in-house and external design teams to ensure timely production and delivery of creative assets. Maintain quality standards while meeting fast-paced business requirements.
