• Drive revenue growth through product innovation and strategic initiatives.
• Drive RNR for the Insurance Business

Partner management

• Collaborate with insurance partners for product design, pricing, and performance tracking.

MIS & Automation

• Visualise and Develop various MIS and automation opportunities.

Team Training

• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on new and existing products.

Others

• Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and internal governance standards.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office.
