Job Description:
Experience
· Minimum 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Digital Workplace / Collaboration solutioning
· Rich experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
· Prior experience in Google Workspace solutioning or large-scale migration programs
· Experience working in System Integrators / Managed Services providers (preferred)
- Knowledge of:
- Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity)
- Endpoint Management (Chrome, mobile device management)
- Messaging coexistence and migration t ools (Quest, BitTitan, Google tools)
- Hybrid environments (On-prem AD, Exchange, file servers integration)
- Security & compliance (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, encryption)
- APIs, scripting, and automation capabilities
Desirable / Preferred Skills
- Google certifications:
- Professional Google Workspace Administrator
- Google Cloud Professional Architect
- Exposure to:
- AI-powered workplace capabilities (Google Gemini / Duet AI)
- User adoption and change management programs
- Experience in multi-cloud workplace environments (Microsoft 365 + Google Workspace coexistence)
