Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

·       Strong experience in software engineering / solution delivery, with exposure to manufacturing or industrial systems.

·       Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and large‑scale delivery models.

·       < !--[endif]-->Hands‑on experience with AI for SDLC tools (e.g., coding assistants, test automation, AIOps).

·       Ability to translate AI into enterprise‑scale, governed solutions

·       Candidate should have below technical competency level

o   AI – E1

o   Gen AI – E1  

o   SDLC – E2/E3

·       Strong Communication skills

·       External certifications on AI/GenAI

·       Understanding of Plants, Supply chain and Enterprise systems
