o Experience building LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, copilots)
o Hands-on with LangGraph / LangChain
o Experience with multi-agent systems
o Strong Python and backend development skills

o Understanding of agent design patterns, planning, memory, and tool use
o Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems
o Ability to debug multi-step reasoning pipelines
• Cloud & Production Engineering
o Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
o Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
o Understanding of observability and performance optimization
• Nice to Have
o Experience with AI gateways and model routing
o Exposure to cost optimization and guardrails
o Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems
