Role : Amazon Workspace Architect
Exp : 8- 12 yrs
Location : PAN India

·       Assessment, Design and Define AWS Workspaces Environment considering factors such as scalability, performance, security

·       Provision, Configure and deploy AWS workspace for new and existing users based on defined standards and blueprints.

·       Monitor the health, performance and availability of AWS workspace and related infrastructure using monitoring tools and dashboards.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to workspaces in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to the architect or relevant times.

·       Maintain and update documentation for workspaces configuration, processes and troubleshooting guides.
