Role: AI/Agentic Engineer

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 AI/ML; Proficiency in Lang Chain, Llama Index, Python, and Azure OpenAI

•         Proficiency in Python, PyTorch and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)

•         Designs and builds LLM-powered, agentic, and RAG-based AI solutions.

•         Supports model validation, testing, and deployment to production pipelines

•         Collaborates daily with SMEs and TPO to refine prompts and model behavior.

•         Integrates AI components into Lilly’s existing platforms and data ecosystem.

•         Ensures responsible AI, bias mitigation, and compliance guardrails are applied.

•         Contributes to sprint ceremonies and cross-functional technical discussions.

•         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
