Must have Skills:

5 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in financial services, with hands-on work in Tax and Regulatory topics and reference data 

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial data concepts, with understanding of reference data and data models

Strong experience in requirements engineering, including writing functional-non

Able to define data mappings and specifications, set up strong controls (validation, reconciliation, deduplication), and track key indicators such as timeliness, completeness, and defect levels 

Experience working in Agile environments (for example SAFe)
