Key Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BW Support and Data Modeling.
• Hands-on expertise in Process Chain creation, monitoring, and failure handling.
• Experience in data issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of SAP BW data models, relationships, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) and Delta Load mechanisms.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with incident management, SLA handling, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BW incidents, data load failures, performance issues, and reporting discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain daily data loads, process chains, and batch jobs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Ensure system stability through performance tuning, housekeeping, and data volume management.
• Support transport management, environment refreshes, and release deployments.
• Collaborate with Functional, BASIS, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Develop and enhance SAP BW objects such as InfoObjects, ADSOs, InfoCubes, CompositeProviders, and MultiProviders.
• Design and support ETL processes from SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and CDS-based extractions.
• Build and optimize Process Chains for automated data loading and monitoring.

Preferred: Candidates with strong SAP BW support experience, troubleshooting expertise, and exposure to enterprise-scale data warehouse environments.
