BY WMS Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher modules.
• Manage warehouse task creation, task assignment, and resource dispatching activities.
• Work with business users to understand warehouse operational requirements.
• Configure workflows related to receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Optimize labor utilization and task allocation through Dispatcher functionality.
• Support WMS integrations with ERP systems, automation equipment, and third-party applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot warehouse operational issues.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Conduct UAT, system testing, and user training activities.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
