We are looking for experienced CCIE-certified professionals who can solve complex enterprise networking and security challenges, contribute domain expertise to AI-driven platforms, and help shape the future of intelligent technical support and automation

Role Name:

CCIE Network & Cybersecurity AI Engineering SME

Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical SME for Cisco enterprise networking (wired/wireless) and cybersecurity solutions.
• Investigate complex customer issues and support Tier 2/Tier 3 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities.
• Review and validate technical outputs, workflows, recommendations, and quality metrics.
• Provide structured feedback to improve technical accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Develop troubleshooting playbooks, remediation guidance, test cases, and knowledge assets for AI model enhancement.
• Leverage scripting and automation tools to support diagnostics, testing, validation, and data preparation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, AI, and support teams while mentoring junior engineers and documenting technical findings.

Must Have Skills:

1. Active CCIE Security Certification.
2. Strong expertise in Cisco wired/wireless networking or Cisco security products including firewalls and security platforms.
3. Experience supporting TAC-style Tier 2/Tier 3 customer escalations, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
4. Scripting and automation skills using Python, APIs, Ansible, Bash, or similar technologies.
5. Ability to evaluate technical quality, provide structured feedback, and contribute domain expertise toward AI-enabled solutions.

Good to Have Skills:

1. Experience with Generative AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or other AI coding assistants.
2. Exposure to AI-assisted troubleshooting validation, DevNet practices, network programmability, or test automation.
3. Strong technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and mentoring skills.

Location:

Bangalore ( Preferred), Hyderabad, Noida, Delhi, Mumbai

Experience Range:

8+ Years of networking and cybersecurity experience with SME-level expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Equivalent industry experience may also be considered.

Certifications:

• CCIE Security Certification (Mandatory).

Eligibility:

• Willingness to work from any of the specified locations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco networking and security technologies.
• Ability to handle critical customer escalations independently.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in enterprise support or network security environments.
