Role - CCIE Network & Cybersecurity SME - AI Engineering

Required Technical Skill Set - CCIE-certified SME in Cisco wired/wireless networking or Cisco security products; TAC/Tier 2/Tier 3 customer support; scripting/automation; AI tool awareness including Claude and Codex.

Desired Experience - Demonstrated senior-level expertise in Cisco enterprise networking or cybersecurity, including complex Tier 2/Tier 3 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and technical leadership.

Location of Requirement - India - Bangalore (preferred), Hyderabad, Noida, Delhi, Mumbai

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

Must-Have 

• Active CCIE certification in Security or Enterprise Infrastructure (Routing & Switching) or Enterprise Wireless. 

• Deep hands-on expertise in Cisco wired/wireless networking OR Cisco security products such as firewalls and related platforms. 

• Experience handling TAC-style Tier 2/Tier 3 customer issues, escalations, root-cause analysis, and remediation. • Scripting/automation experience, preferably Python, APIs, Ansible, Bash, or equivalent. 

• Ability to review technical outputs, rate quality, provide structured feedback, and contribute domain knowledge to AI models. Good-to-Have 

• Working knowledge of generative AI and coding assistants, including Claude and Codex. 

• Experience validating AI-generated troubleshooting or remediation guidance. 

• Strong technical writing, stakeholder communication, and mentoring capability. 

• Exposure to network programmability, DevNet practices, or test automation.

Responsibilities and Expectations 

• Act as the technical SME for Cisco enterprise networking (wired/wireless) or Cisco cybersecurity products. 

• Investigate complex customer issues and support TAC-style Tier 2/Tier 3 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation. 

• Review and rate developed products, technical responses, workflows, and recommendations against defined quality criteria. • Provide clear, evidence-based feedback to improve product quality, technical correctness, completeness, and usability. 

• Create and contribute troubleshooting knowledge, scenarios, playbooks, test cases, and remediation guidance for AI model improvement. 

• Use scripting and automation to support diagnostics, validation, testing, data preparation, and repeatable evaluation activities. 

• Collaborate with engineering, support, product, and AI teams while documenting findings and mentoring other engineers.
