Confluent Kafka Tech lead

• Architect and implement Kafka pipelines using Confluent components (Kafka Streams, Connect, Schema Registry, ksqlDB).
• Provide technical guidance to the team and review designs/code for best practices.
• Perform POCs for new features and integration scenarios.
• Manage production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance.
• Hands-on experience in Azure pipeline setup, including integration with Azure services.
