Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Willing to work from office.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Web Chat and Email support channels.
• Deliver excellent customer service with effective written communication.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure adherence to quality and process guidelines.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Chat and/or Email Support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Prior experience supporting UK customers preferred.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
