Experience: 5 – 11 Years
Shift : Should be ok with Night/Rotational Shift.
Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Skills:
• iQMS knowledge
• Strong communication
• Strong Analytical skills
• Basics of AI
• Conversant with basics of Total Quality Management Systems (TQM) required for the role
• Prior experience as Quality Partner, Excellence Partner, Compliance lead (DEP / ACM)
• Green Belt / Black belt / Lean certified
• Prior experience in Mentoring projects
• Participated in Internal/External Audits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office & Excel Skills
• Customer centricity
• Strong Team Player
• Strong analytical skill
