ENGINEER

Machine Learning & AI Development
• Hands-on experience designing, training, and optimizing ML and
deep learning models.
• Expertise in neural networks, natural language processing (NLP),
computer vision, and generative AI models.
• Strong proficiency with leading AI/ML frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Agentic frameworks like
LlamaIndex, LangChain
• Programming & Software Engineering
• Proficient in Python (mandatory) with experience using ML
libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, etc.
• Working knowledge of R, Java, or C++ for algorithm
development and performance-critical components.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code following best
engineering practices.
• Front-End Integration (Added Advantage)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
such as React or Angular for AI model integration into web
applications.
• Understanding of API-based integration between front-end
apps and AI services.
• Microservices Architecture (Added Advantage)
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable
microservices for AI model serving.
• Prior experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, or
serverless components.
• Database & Data Engineering Skills
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Ability to design optimal data structures and pipelines tailored
to ML workflows.
• Cloud & Distributed Computing
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms: AWS,
Azure, or Google Cloud.
