Build and implement systems and services within the End User Compute pillar, and help transition them into a stable run state.
Administer and manage core End User Compute platforms: MS Intune, Endpoint Manager and other MDM / MAM platforms, plus Microsoft and Citrix Virtual Desktops.
Build monitoring for end-user experience across print, PC, Mac, thin client, video conference, digital display and other IoT device hardware.
Manage software and hardware assets, ensuring systems, solutions and policies are thoroughly maintained and documented.
Identify and implement optimisation and automation opportunities across End User Compute systems and operations.
Analyse existing End User Compute systems and operations and develop preventative maintenance strategies.
Provide support for solutions delivered through build and project work, working with vendors to resolve incidents when appropriate.
Plan, schedule and monitor work to meet time and quality targets, and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders across the End User Compute realm.
Implement applicable standards and methods using approved tools and applications and adhere to and promote the importance of security across the organisation.
Seek specialist knowledge or advice when required to support your own work or that of immediate colleagues and communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
