Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Tower Leader will oversee end-to-end TA operations for a large US-based
manufacturing client, managing 200+ team members (multi locations) across onboarding, Virtual-I9, COI,
interview scheduling, recruitment, and contingency clearance. The incumbent must lead governance
cycles (WBR/MBR/QBR), drive performance, manage escalations, and partner with stakeholders while
working 100% onsite in night shifts.
Education & Certification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Project and team management experience
• 17+ years in outsourcing with 6+ years leading large TA operations for US market.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related background
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Instructional Design certifications and/or eLearning development training
• Project Management and ITIL or other process excellence certifications
Knowledge & Experience
• 17+ years in outsourcing with 5+ years leading large TA operations for US market.
• Expertise in US compliance, onboarding, I-9, COI, BGC processes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving capabilities.

Work Conditions
• Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines
