Act as SME for benefits administration and total rewards processes • Handle complex benefit scenarios and escalated cases • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Manage vendor coordination, file feeds, and integrations • Oversee payroll deductions validation and reconciliation • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives • Support audits, reporting, and governance activities • Mentor junior team members • HRIS Analyst — Benefits • Oracle Fusion Benefits module: programs, plans, plan types, options, eligibility profiles • Life events configuration (scheduled, unrestricted, administrative) and processing • Rates and coverages, variable rate/coverage profiles • Open Enrollment setup, testing, and processing • Benefits fast formulas (eligibility, rate, coverage derivation) • Benefit carrier/vendor integrations and extracts (HCM Extracts for benefit files) • Dependent/beneficiary designation rules, certifications, and action items • Reconciliation of deductions to payroll element entries • ACA/regulatory reporting awareness (US context) • Self-service enrollment testing and communication
