Role: Lead Finance Analyst OTC
Skill: Finance and Accounting, Account Receivable
Experience: 4 years to 8 years
Job Location: Nagpur


Education:
  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream-  MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA

Must Have Skills:
  • Team Leading Capacity, Subject Matter Expert, Ability to deliver within timeline, Open to discuss with Leadership on client communication 

Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Communication Skills, Client Management, Escalation Handling
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English - with all internal and external Stakeholders
  • Clear and concise responses to queries and escalations                                                
  • Ensure SOP's are accurately documented, updated and adhered to                                            
  • An analytical mind - follows a process, understands why they are performing the tasks, spots errors and will offer up ways to improve quality
  • Problem solver who has a growth mindset                                                                    
  • Good attention to detail                                                                                    
  • Strong Excel skills (eg Pivot tables, Vlookups…)                                                            
  • Understands the implications of deadlines (at month end and project based)
