Support the end-to-end administration of postees’ relocation lifecycle, including travel arrangements, accommodation, shipment of personal effects, and school sourcing for postees’ children where applicable etc.Perform posting preparations such as: - Prepare posting cost estimation and compute overseas allowances - - - - - - Receive the approved posting package, terms & conditions from HRBP Generation of posting letters Conduct briefings to explain assignment terms and conditions to postees Arrange tax briefing conducted by KPMG SG and/or Host country tax consultant on tax equalization concept, Singapore Tax Reporting in the year of departure and subsequent years, including business trips reporting, applicable reliefs / deductions and Taxation on Personal income outside of employment with CapitaLand and tax liability in posting country. Enrol postee and accompanied dependents for OSI and ISOS insurance coverage Arrange relocation vendor to assist postee with shipping of his personal effects
