1. Demonstrate strong practical development experience in .NET and Angular. 

2. Design the rewrite of the existing application in Angular. 

3. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 

4. Work effectively in an Agile delivery model. 

5. Lead the team with respect to deliverables. 

6. Ability to understand new technical requirements and propose solutions to stakeholders
