MPLS, BGP, STP, VLAN,BFD,CDP,LLDP,SDWAN,AP’s,OSPF Troubleshooting 

WAN link health check, troubleshooting 

Switch replacement, Switch stack configuration Router replacement Vmanage Cisco SDWAN technologies  

Manage wireless networks using Cisco and Juniper infrastructure, including controllers, Access Points (APs), and MIST Web GUI 

Detailed validation of production environment changes and planned and unplanned interruptions 

Performance monitoring of various applications and web services to maintain quality of service and network stability 

Remote troubleshooting and resolution 

Driving Major Incidents, Sending Priority Notification 

RCA and solutioning of recurring network issues 

Experience in attending P1 bridge calls for Global and E commerce issues 

Good understanding of LAN and WAN Technologies  

Good knowledge and work experience in TCP & UDP protocols and understanding of TCP flags 

Monitoring the link functionalities and reporting to Team for action 

Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network problems 

Requires strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills, along with good communication abilities. 

Performing routine maintenance on network-related components and equipment 

Hands-on experience in upgrading the Switches & Routers. 

Basic understanding of other network technologies.
