Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support OpenText Content Server environments.
• Implement and maintain OpenText xECM solutions.
• Work on OpenText Content Server, OTDS, Archive Center, and Records Management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support document archiving, content management, and workflow implementations.
• Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP/S4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot performance and system issues.
• Participate in implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions. [SAP Open Text | Word], [OpenText - Bayer | Word]

Required Skills

• Strong experience with OpenText Content Server.
• Hands-on experience in OpenText xECM and OTDS.
• Knowledge of Archive Center and Records Management.
• Experience in installation, configuration, administration, and support.
• Understanding of document lifecycle management and content archiving.
• Experience with workflows, Business Workspaces, and user security management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration.
• Knowledge of Smart UI and Fiori integration.
• Exposure to OpenText migrations and upgrades.
