Develop and support Oracle EBS R12 customizations and enhancements.
Design and develop RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
Develop and maintain SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and interfaces.
Create and customize Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports, and BI Publisher solutions.
Work on Oracle Forms, Workflow, OAF, Web ADI, and APIs.
Gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
Support integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party applications.
Participate in implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to development standards.
