Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  • Design and develop technical solutions including integrations, reports, and extensions.
  • Work with business users to conduct workshops and solution design sessions.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analysis and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
  • Support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SCM, Procurement, HCM, and technical teams.
  • Participate in data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
  • Provide production support and resolve critical business issues within SLA timelines.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
