Job description

Provide Oracle Time & Labor consulting service as a Subject Matter Expert and lead discussions with Customer team.

Responsible for identifying and gathering business requirements, build/configuration of all aspects of Time & Labor e.g., layouts, Schedule

Identify functionality gaps and provide workaround solutions

Advise customer team on solutions options (for workarounds), risks, and any possible impacts on other processes (Core HR, Absence, Payroll and Expenses)

Interact and assist the project technical team members responsible for developing Payroll related Data migration, Integration and Reports
