P2P Delivery Manager

The P2P Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function for a large retail enterprise, ensuring seamless delivery of Accounts Payable operations, Vendor Management, Invoice Processing, Query Resolution, Vendor Reconciliation, Payments, Expense Management, and Master Data Governance. The role will oversee multiple teams and team leaders across offshore and onshore locations, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets. The individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, AI-led innovation, automation initiatives, process standardization, and governance while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Business Users, and Global Shared Services leadership.
