| Job Role: Payments SME (ISO 20022, SWIFT) Location: Mumbai, Trill Experience: 3-6 Years Job Responsibilities: 1. Strong manual testing experience across domestic and international payment journeys. 2. Deep functional knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT payment messages, including payment initiation, validation, processing, status, rejection, return, cancellation and investigation journeys. 3. Understanding of customer payments, bank-to-bank payments, inward payments, outward payments, transfers and cross-border payment processing. 4. Knowledge of payment channels such as mobile banking, internet banking, API, host-to-host, branch and operations channels. 5. Good understanding of sanctions screening, fraud-risk checks, routing, fees and charges, foreign exchange, value dating, liquidity, posting, accounting and reconciliation. 6. Ability to validate message-field mapping, mandatory data, debtor and creditor details, remittance information, charges and payment status across the end-to-end flow. 7. Ability to review requirements, define UAT scope, prepare traceable test cases, guide execution, triage defects and support business sign-off. 8. Good stakeholder-management skills and ability to coordinate with business, operations, compliance, sanctions, finance, reconciliation and technology teams. |
