  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle PeopleSoft CRM modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure CRM components including Customer Service, Help Desk, Case Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Design and develop customizations using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
  • Create and modify Components, Records, Pages, Application Engines, and Integration Broker services.
  • Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
