Role: Portuguese Language Specialist - Team Member
Skill: Finance and Accounting
Experience: 3 years to 6 years
Job Location: Pune / Bangalore
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
Must Have Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of Experience Intermediary Level Portuguese Language OR Graduation in Portuguese Language.
- Ability to translate, interpret, handle inquiries and providing support to Portuguese-speaking clients.
- Process Invoices received in Portuguese and English language and post invoices for approval in SAP.
- Support Business by obtaining necessary approvals to process the invoices in Portuguese Language.
- Examine and solve issues relating to Invoices in Portuguese language by engaging with business stakeholders.
- Work on emails or tickets raised by business related to invoices.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to F&A Process
- Exposure to MS office
- Good communication skills (Oral & written)
- Knowledge of Accounts payables, , Journal Entry, Reconciliation, SAP Ariba exposure is must
