Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process Trade Finance products including EDPMS, IDPMS, Letter of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantee (BG).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal trade operations guidelines.
• Provide prompt and effective client servicing, resolving queries and supporting end-to-end transaction processing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth execution of trade transactions.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time in operations.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products: EDPMS, IDPMS, LC, BG.
• Good understanding of regulatory and banking compliance requirements.
• Strong client service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
