Job Description – Trade Operations Associate (BPO Grade 1/2/3)

We are looking for a Trade Operations professional with strong communication skills and knowledge of international trade products to support operational excellence and client service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of Trade Finance products, including:
  • Bank Guarantee (BG)
  • Documentary Collections
  • Loan Settlement
• Good understanding of International Trade Operations and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage client queries and provide effective service support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, process-driven environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
