Process Associate

Role Summary:
Responsible for insurance transaction processing, policy servicing, claims and new business activities while meeting quality, compliance and SLA/turnaround requirements. Roles may involve client/customer communication, process updates, SOP improvements and, at senior levels, training, reporting and mentoring.

Key Requirements:
• Graduate in any stream
• BPO1: 0–1 year experience
• BPO2: 1–3 years experience
• BPO3: 3–5 years experience
• Good verbal & written English communication
• Knowledge/understanding of insurance operations, claims and policy servicing
• MS Office proficiency with good typing speed
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and good team collaboration skills
