Job Title: International Banking - Property & Casualty Insurance Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in International Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in insurance processes, policy servicing, claims support, underwriting support, and related back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Property & Casualty Insurance transactions.
- Review policy documentation and support policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Handle insurance-related data validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Support underwriting and claims administration activities.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets while managing day-to-day transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in International Property & Casualty Insurance operations.
- Good understanding of insurance products, policy lifecycle, and insurance terminology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate with 1 to 5 years of relevant International Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
- Candidates with 0 to 30 days notice period will be preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).
- Open University/Correspondence Graduates are not eligible.
- Candidates should not have more than 2 years of gap post-graduation or employment.
- Willingness to work in all shifts.
- Relieving letters from all previous employers are mandatory.
- Candidates who have attended the selection process within the last 6 months are not eligible to apply.
