Role: Project management
Experience required: 5 to 10 years
Location:- Mumbai

Required  Skillset:-

1. Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation. 2. Implements process improvement initiatives and improves customer satisfaction 3. Manages Cost and Budgets 4. Capable to handle multiple releases in large programs

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage 2. Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage 3. Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracks 4. Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution. 5. Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality. 6. Encourage teams to increase productivity! 7. Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt. 8. Alignment TCS delivery process 9. Right escalation in the case of identified risk
