Key Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple accounts.
• Drive measurable business improvements using Lean Six Sigma, RPA, Conversational AI, Analytics, and Design Thinking.
• Identify process gaps, perform RCA/KPI analysis, and improve efficiency, quality, cycle time, and customer experience.
• Lead Kaizen, process simplification, standardization, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Engage clients and stakeholders, establish governance, and develop transformation/digital roadmaps.

Key Skills

• Strong Lean Six Sigma/process improvement knowledge with experience leading or mentoring 2–3 Black Belt projects.
• BFSI/Insurance domain understanding.
• Strong client handling, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transformation projects in a dynamic, virtual environment.
