R2R Delivery Manager

End-to-End R2R Process Ownership o Oversee the entire Record to Report cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, Fixed Assets, Inventory Accounting and Intercompany. o Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client policies and SOPs o Manage 70+ associates at offshore and onshore. 2. Service Delivery Management o Manage SLAs, KPIs, Business metrics and client expectations. o Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in day-to-day delivery. 3. Stakeholder Management o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams. o Communicate effectively on performance, risks, and transformation initiatives. 4. Risk & Compliance o Ensure compliance with RACM, FMEA, internal controls, and statutory requirements. o Mitigate risks through robust governance and control frameworks.
