We are looking for an experienced RAN Lead with strong expertise in Radio Access Networks (RAN), 4G/5G operations, service assurance, incident management, and network performance optimization in large-scale telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAN operations and service assurance activities.
• Monitor network performance, alarms, and service KPIs.
• Manage critical incidents and drive timely resolution.
• Conduct RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and operational standards.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
