Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong experience in Retail Banking Functional Testing with expertise in end-to-end customer journeys.
• Functional knowledge of CASA, Deposits, Loans, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Experience in validating account opening, servicing, deposits, loan origination, disbursement, repayment, closure, and related banking processes.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation, product configurations, fees, interest calculations, and customer communications.
• Experience testing across Branch, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Operations channels.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design and execute test scenarios, manage defects, and support UAT/business sign-off.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, positive and negative testing.
• Experience in data validation, accounting impact validation, and downstream system testing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with Business and Technology teams.

Mandatory: Retail Banking domain experience covering CASA, Deposits, Loans, Digital Banking, and End-to-End Banking Operations.
