Role Name:  Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Desired Experience Range: 5 years-12 Years

Location of Requirement: Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow to meet business requirements.
• Implement and configure Agent Force for contact center operations, enhancing agent productivity and automation.
• Design and develop custom integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize data models, workflows, and security settings within Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, and Flows.
• Exposure to Agent Force (contact center automation, agent workspace, or related modules).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and best practices.
• Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., PD1, PD2) is a plus.
