Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria across Salesforce implementations.
Design and optimize business processes, identifying automation opportunities using Salesforce-native capabilities.
Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support Salesforce configurations, including page layouts, validation rules, record types, assignment rules, and other platform enhancements.
Lead UAT activities, manage defect tracking, coordinate business sign-offs, and support go-live readiness.
Develop training materials, conduct end-user training, support change management initiatives, and drive user adoption.
