Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience in building Customer, Partner, and Employee Communities.
• Expertise in Experience Builder, Community Templates, Branding, and Customization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Experience integrating Experience Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Build and customize Customer and Partner Portals using Experience Builder.
• Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions.
• Configure authentication, authorization, and community security settings.
• Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices.
