Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud on Core (MCA).
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Advanced (MCA) capabilities built on Salesforce Core Platform.
• Expertise in Data Cloud, Segmentation, Journeys, Campaign Management, Personalization, and Customer Engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM data integration.
• Strong knowledge of Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform Configuration.
• Experience in customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security, and Sharing Concepts.
• Experience integrating third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Marketing Cloud on Core solutions.
• Configure campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and engagement programs.
• Build and manage data models, customer profiles, and marketing automation processes.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud on Core with Salesforce CRM and external applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
• Develop customizations using Apex, Flows, and LWC where required.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
