Strong experience in SAP HCM PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.
Experience in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Infotypes, and Personnel Actions.
Knowledge of ESS/MSS and SAP Fiori applications.
Experience in SAP HCM support, enhancements, implementations, and rollouts.
Good understanding of HR business processes and statutory compliance.
Experience with debugging and issue analysis.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
