SAP HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
